EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Executive Committee (Consiglio Direttivo) is the restricted operational body that supports the PhD Coordinator in the day-to-day management of the Industrial Engineering Programme.

While strategic guidelines and educational policies are defined by the full Academic Board (Collegio Docenti), the Executive Committee ensures their swift and efficient implementation. Composed of a select group of faculty members representing the Programme’s core areas, the Committee handles administrative procedures, reviews doctoral candidates’ requests before final approval, coordinates organizational activities, and acts as an agile consulting body for the Coordinator. This structure ensures dynamic governance and quick responses to operational needs.
